Vocational and Spiritual Formation for Leadership

As part of our mission to form leaders, North Park Theological Seminary has built assessments, reflections, and interviews into every degree program to facilitate students’ growth in self-awareness, spiritual and emotional health, and personal formation. These processes are designed to give students recommendations and tools to grow as those who are preparing to serve and lead in the church and other ministry contexts.
