Artificial Intelligence for Business Minor/Certificate
The Artificial Intelligence for Business Minor/Certificate provides students with a practical understanding of how artificial intelligence is transforming modern business. Students gain hands-on experience with AI tools and analytics while learning to apply them responsibly in areas such as marketing, management, and operations. The program emphasizes both technological fluency and digital ethics, preparing students to integrate AI-driven insights into strategic, data-informed business decisions. Coursework is organized around four key areas: foundational concepts in artificial intelligence, applied tools and analytics, ethical and responsible technology use, and integrative decision-making in business contexts.
The minor/certificate consists of 13 semester hours delivered in seven-week courses through North Park University and approved partner institutions participating in Acadeum’s course-sharing network. Courses taken through Acadeum are transcripted as North Park University credit. Students should expect 10–15 hours per week of reading, applied assignments, and project-based learning in each course.
