PHEN 2310 Computational Tools for Engineering
This course is an introduction to computational tools in engineering and physics. This course uses spreadsheets (Excel) and an interpreted language (Matlab) to complete typical tasks in engineering. Topics include graphing and visualization of data; spreadsheet development (e.g., formulas, data validation, conditional formatting); introduction to basic programming (variables, branching, looping, functions) to solve numerical problems.
