The certificate in leadership is designed for individuals who are searching for ways to navigate their way through ambiguous and uncertain waters of the workplace, and in so doing chart the course for others to follow. Leadership is not a person or a position. Rather it is a complex moral relationship between people based on trust, obligation, collaboration, commitment, emotions and a shared vision.
