CSIS 1210 or CSIS 1220 or PHEN 1510;
2 additional hours in MATH numbered 2000 or higher.
Required core courses
MATH 1410, MATH 1510, MATH 1520, MATH 2030, MATH 2420, MATH 3050, MATH 3100, MATH 4010 (4 sh) or MATH 4970 (4 sh)
Electives
8 additional hours contained in one of the following options:
Option A: MATH 3150 and 4 sh of Mathematics numbered 2000 or higher.
Option B: PHEN 2550 and PHEN 2560
Option C: BSE 2110 and BSE 2310
Option D: CSIS 3310 and CSIS 3320
Notes and restrictions
Students who pursue a double major in Mathematics may double-count no more than 8 hours of cross-listed courses.
A comprehensive examination is required for graduation. An oral presentation of a paper outside the classroom (the paper and venue to be previously approved by the department) is required for graduation.
Honors
