The seven last words of a dying church are "We've never done it that way before." What changes need to occur in order for congregational culture to become more healthy and missional? How does a church determine what to preserve, create,and discard in order to more fully accomplish the mission? What is the difference between transition and change? How do pastors discern between "too much too soon" or "too little, too late?"
