Registration

All students are expected to register during the regular registration period. Advance registration for the fall term begins in mid-March and for the spring term in late October. Specific dates will be published in the academic calendar. Students are required to meet financial obligations and be in proper academic standing in order to register for the future term. Students are strongly encouraged to discuss their academic plan with their faculty advisor prior to registering for classes. Students register by using Self Service.

Registration in certain courses may require a prerequisite. Enrollment in courses with prerequisites are restricted to students who have taken certain other courses, who have attained a particular class standing, who have obtained the consent of the instructor, or who are pursuing a particular major or majors. These prerequisites are listed in the course description.
