PHEN 3320 Analytical Mechanics

This course presents a more advanced investigation of classical mechanics of simple harmonic and driven oscillators, gravitation and central forces, non-inertial reference systems, and Lagrange and Hamiltonian formulations. A review of the mathematics of matrices, vectors, tensors, and vector calculus will be included. No lab is required.
