PHEN 2070 Computational Methods

This course will cover applications of numerical analysis and computer programming to the solution of problems in classical and modern physics. The course will include programming techniques in several languages with specific applications to physics problems that may be encountered in research, such as data processing, regression analysis, simulation and modeling of physical systems. Visualization techniques will be used to display and interpret data.
