For Departmental Honors in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, 8 sh of EDUC 4000 are required in addition to the hours stated for licensure. Students must apply for admission into the program during the first semester of their third year. For honors in these majors, students must present their papers or project to the faculty of the Education department.
